Upon check-in, you will need to provide a credit card for your hotel room ($695.00++) and any incidental charges incurred during your stay at the Mandarin Oriental. 

All hotel reservations will be confirmed based on the information you provide on the Registration page of this website. Please do not reserve hotel rooms directly as this may result in a double booking.  All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing prior to your departure. 

Hospitality Desk 

A Lumen Hospitality Desk will be located in the hotel during the event. The desk will be staffed and is your main source of information during the event. 

Name Badges 

Please wear your name badge at all planned activities to identify yourself as a member of the Lumen team.

A. You will receive an email approximately one week before departure, containing hotel confirmation details. 

Q. How do I handle check-out at the hotel? 

A. You will need to provide a credit card upon check in to pay for your room charges and any incidentals.
